http://net.bible.org. is part of www.bible.org. This is an excellent web study tool. Don't trust my word for it. Check it out.
Receive
excellent Bible Software with a multitude of translations,
commentaries, maps, dictionaries. Most of the
downloads are free (suggest a donation) it is still one of my
favorite Bible software tools.
Bible Explorer. Bible Explorer 4.0 is now available as a Free Download, with no strings attached. Download it for Windows (including Windows 7) or Mac, then browse the over 200 free Bibles, Commentaries, Dictionaries, and more. The software is full-featured, not a trial or demo.

this site. Almost all the great Christian Classics are available

The Christian Apologetics & Research Ministry - CARM is a
Christian ministry dedicated to the glory of the Lord Jesus
Christ and the promotion and defense of the Christian Gospel,
Doctrine, and Theology. CARM analyzes religions such as
Islam, Jehovah's Witnesses, Mormonism, Roman Catholicism,
Universalism, Wicca, etc., and compares them to the Bible.

I and my daughter Hope had the honor of having Dr. Constable as a professor at Dallas Theological Seminary. His study and insights into God's Word have been a blessing to both of us. www.Biblegateway.com Our "Lookup a word or Passage in the Bible" is a service offered by BibleGateway. It's free and available for your website. This is a great site for many Bible resources.
www.JewishEncyclopedia.com This website contains the complete contents of the 12-volume Jewish Encyclopedia, which was originally published between 1901-1906. The Jewish Encyclopedia, which recently became part of the public domain, contains over 15,000 articles and illustrations.
Christianity Today. This link is to Christianity Today's Bible Studies. You'll find various practical topics on Christian Living.

Operation World - A fabulous ministry giving information about the spiritual and physical conditions of the many nations for the purpose of prayer and support.
http://www.preceptaustin.org/ - If you're familiar with Precept Ministries you'll know that this site is about inductive Bible Studies. It is loaded with great Bible Commentaries, Dictionaries, information on the inductive Bible Study Method, Greek Word Studies, Biographies, Maps, and hundreds of links. You can spend hours exploring what is available here. This is quickly becoming one of my favorite sites. Thousands of hours have been put into making this a great resource.
